1. The auctions are conducted by Judaica-auctions.co.il. Our file entries as to bidding, winning an auction, charges etc. are conclusive and final. |

2. Each auction item has a unique identity number. All
items are examined by Judaica-auctions's experts and are described as accurately as possible. Judaica-auctions guarantees the genuineness, authenticity, condition or origin of the lots auctioned
only as described. Auction bidders are welcome to contact us by e-mail with any questions concerning the items previous to auction closing. |

3. Bidders are required to register beforehand by filling in and sending us (online or by fax) the registration form.
You will then receive a personal code; please allow 1-2 days for registration. Bidding is then enabled by using your e-mail address as USER NAME + your personal code.
By sending the registration form bidders agree to our auction conditions.
Judaica-auctions reserves the right to refuse registering bidders or to cancel registered buyers.
All information given in our registration form must be true and the credit card valid
Information given in the registration form will be used for our auctions only, in full compliance with our privacy policy. |

4. Sales are conducted in US Dollars. 21% (= a commission of 18% plus v.a.t. of 18% on the commission itself) are added on the "hammer price" as well as shipping and possible other costs such as packing and insurance.
Judaica-auctions reserves the right to change the percentage of comission before an auction. |

| 5. Auction winners will receive an automatic notice by e-mail about the items won. This is followed by a detailed e-mail including the final costs for the items plus commission, v.a.t. and applicable additional charges as mentioned above. Unless we hear from you within 7 work days, we will proceed the payment and ship your items. |

| 6. Payment is made with the credit card submitted and shipping will be made to the address given in the registration, unless an other method of payment or shipment has been agreed upon before.

| 7. In case of any dispute the court of Tel Aviv has final jurisdiction. |
