WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OPEN AUCTIONS AND ACTIVE AUCTIONS?Open auctions are auctions for which there are no bids yet. Once a bid is given to the auction, it is automatically moved to "Active auctions" category, and from that minute, the clock will start counting the time until the auction ends (usually one week)

HOW DO I BID?
To bid you need first to log-in using your e-mail address as User name + the code you received registrating. once you are logged in, you type into the "place your bid" space of the item you want, the amount you are willing to bid and press the button.You will then see an announcement that you are the high bidder. you will need to check
again later to see if you remain the high bidder.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF I'VE WON AN AUCTION AND WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
You will be notified via email once the auction has ended. This is followed by a detailed e-mail including the final costs for the items plus commission, v.a.t. and applicable additional charges as mentioned above. Unless we hear from you within 7 work days, we will proceed the charge and ship your items.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

HOW DOES JUDAICA-AUCTIONS.CO.IL SHIP AUCTION ITEMS?

as in Israel. We use three methods of Shipping overseas: Surface, the least expensive, takes 1-3 months, Air-mail registered, takes 7-14 days, or EMS- the most
reliable, takes 5 work days. Shipping costs
vary according to weight, method and destination
HOW CAN I AUCTION MY ITEMS ON YOUR SITE?
Judaica-auctions.co.il is not an auction site where anyone can auction his items, rather an auction house which operates on-line. In order to sell on our site, one has to bring the item to us so it can be examined by our experts and be described by us. That way we can promise an unbiased reliable description of the items.
